This is awesome!! I love love love it! I do agree with what you said about artistry too. I've noticed the change too, I find that new mouth sounds I tend to enjoy from most channels but they also often don't hold my attention if that is the only trigger. I find to get the real, strong tingles it needs to be the old-style mouth sounds and suuper close up almost like unintelligible whispers right into my ear kinda thing. I'm so picky about them! I have a couple of goto channels for that.

I started listening to asmr in 2018 and I’ve hated any type of mouth sounds to eating sounds, down to unintelligible mouth sounds or even hearing people talk (I preferred no talking with tapping videos) but now i cant live without mouth/unintelligible/inaudible sounds paired with any type of trigger, i still dont like mukbang asmr’s though 😂
