If you guys think Upendra lifted the social messages part from Shankar's movies you should know that. Before Shankar's Indian(1996)- Upendra made Operation Antha(1994) which revolves around corruption and social issues. Before Shankar's Robo(2010)- Upendra made Hollywood (2004) India's first Humanoid Robot movie. Before Kamal Haasan's Viswaroopam(2012)- Upendra made Swasthik (1998) which deals with terrorism. Even Shankar has admitted- That there's one scene from Upendra's A(1998)- Which Inspired him to make Aparichit (2005). The famous Hindi blockbuster Arjun Pandit(1999)is remake- Upendra's Om(1995). He made Upendra(1999)- Which deals will human greediness and all three emotions It has arguably the greatest climax ever written in the history of Indian cinema. Upendra used Reverse screenplay within multiple flashbacks in his A(1998)- Even before Christopher Nolan who did it in Momento (2000). Upendra's Super (2010)- One of the best Political satire drama ever. He's ranked 17th in the list of Imdb's Top 50 best directors in the World for a reason. It's not like Shankar's movies but its a "Uppi Mark" which we kannadigas have been seeing from the 90s itself

5:39 The Ladki wala Metaphor you couldn't understand is : Heroine role symbolizes the Heart of Human, you can see the painting of Burning Heart outside her shop when Satya visits her shop. and in dialogue she said, she loves him so much, but when he comes infront of her, she cant tell him she loves him. That means even if we know truth by heart, we don't speak when we needs to speak truth in our real life, that is what i understood. And whole character of Heart is unpredictable, which some times likes Satya and also like Kalki, that means we loves truth but still gets attracted towards lies.

This movie is metaphysical. It has lot of layers. At one level it can be understood that entire Kalki and Satya episode as duality in our mind. The dilemma that we feel every time to do right thing or the things that is beneficial for us and Of course we end up doing what benefits us. It shows how Satya overcome the 5 senses in the brain prison by introspecting. At another level it shows that we do not have to wait for Kalki to end Kaliyuga and Satyayuga to start. It explains that we can start Satyayuga by conquering our thoughts and avoiding the noise. If we don't transform ourselves the way Kalki will end Kaliyuga is going to be hell for each and everyone of us.

As I get it, and with experience of watching uppi2 also, actually there is so much conflict regarding the birth time of Kalki because he wants you to think whether he is really kalki or not. He wants you to think what if the person called Kalki is lying, and satya is real kalki(born at 12) and he being younger is born at a time where the priest had not made any predictions (12:05). Secondly why should we believe in the priest prediction.

I saw many things differently - Satya is not the perfect one. Satya is there in all of us. Kalki doesnt take ppl from utopia to dystopia. Its a false impression of utopia. These are 2 obviouses you missed, precisely why he said this isnt for everyone, or atleast not for ppl who fail to 'focus'.
