The trailer had a sense of warmth, not much but little, of the big ensemble cast comedy of errors that made us fall in love with larger-than-life Bollywood stories in the first place. Don't know about Badass Ravikumar's fate at the box office but what I'm sure about is the debacle of Sky Force. Saw the trailer and realised quickly that like every Akshay Kumar's film, it was made in 40 days. Tacky visual effects, jingoism, cliched script and dialogues and tall that jazz. Won't work. Akshay hasn't learnt at all.

Recently watched an interview of Anurag Kashyap and I couldn't agree more with him considering the state and fate of the Hindi film industry. People here want to churn the same topic again and again. Don't have a novelty factor to their films. The sole purpose looks like they want to earn more money. Even the best actors from this industry get themselves attached to movies that I wonder why they were even made. I think art has taken a backseat here.
