@@sadbear5482 Ness's Pk freeze is completely Different from Lucas's. He didn't Took pk freeze from Kumatora like lucas. He took Pk freeze from Paula. Ness's pk freeze Moves more vertical and can't for as like lucas's Deals more damage when Fully Recharged Extremely Less Knockbacking but it's Very Very Super Opportunity for making intensine combos. and Ness's Pk freeze Explodes with different SFX and İt looks Different from Lucas's.

your best luck is playing trophy rush and using ness. it is pretty hard to get it, but you will get it eventually
