Pretty cool stuff mate. I shoot in 360 a lot but for corporate reasons... heh. Don't be afraid of wacky 'impossible' angles. Try putting the camera under you, like if there's a gap you're leaping over - or if you're gonna climb a wall, you can boom it out so it's above you. Try the Insta360 go - it's a hands-free wearable camera. Not 360 but 180 and can do timelapse. Oh, and one pro tip: place the brightest light at one edge of the camera so that both lenses are exposed to the light. That way you get a consistent exposure across both halves of the image, and cut down on some of the glare. Keep it up!
