PK-VG Container Closure Integrity Testing Machine for Food & Beverage Containers

The PK-VG by Bonfiglioli Engineering is a 100% in-line machine for non-invasive, non-destructive, integrity inspection at high production speed for not standing Food & Beverage containers (such as Bags, Pouches, Doypack, Flow packs) tested into dedicated pucks.
The machine uses a technology called "Container Closure Integrity Testing" which is a nondestructive measurement technology based on Vacuum Decay Method: the measurement system comprises applying a pressure differential into an airtight testing group enclosing the container. The test objective is to detect container leakages by measuring the reached vacuum level as well as the vacuum change over test time.
All tests are non-invasive, non-destructive, and fully compliant with a variety of international regulatory standards, such as:
