In fallout 4 the dialogue only is based on charisma. New Vegas I think had a perfect system, since you couldn't just quick save a speech check given that you need to meet a specific threshold in your stats. It was either you can do it, use consumables and do it, or can't do it. Also as Kyle mentioned medicine, science, etc also could contribute as alternative passes to a speech check. Plus it was just nice having more than 4 options for dialogue and the 4 options the 4 options they do give you are so shortly worded you never know what you will actually say. Fallout 4 took so many steps forward but they took many steps back with the dialogue which I think makes fallout feel more Shooter based rather than an RPG.

What if Jackie or the kids got sprayed with 7.62 ammo in a 10 victims attack ? Would that be "not much of a big deal"? All I'm saying is whatever the count and where ever that happens we can not allow ourselves to get accustumed to those kind of acts. What will your daughter think while watching this video ? Woody, for Spotify there are tons of options for finding new music. Every week you get a "Discover Weekly" playlist of 3 songs based off of your already existing custom playlists. From the Spotify menu on the top-left its "Browse" ---> "Discover" ---> "Discover Weekly" In addition, you can always right click a playlist and select "Start Playlist Radio" which is similar to Discover Weekly" but it's never updated. Hope this helps.

The cars by the burlesque isn't a great spot. Junction is a very decent area to train, which is the middle of the map, but you can also train in the room next to hell. Also, when you're playing co-op, always call out how many zombies you have left. Remember, there are traps all over the map, too. They exist in every single area.
