Hey Kyle I had a surgery on my left nut for a suspected torsion (didn't have one totally uneccessary surgery) and they do a very similar procedure to a vasecotomy but reverse it during the surgery. Long story short I have permanent sensation of pain going from my left nut into my spine. They told me the only people who usually get this kind of nerve damage are vasectomy patients. Trust your gut, keep your nuts.
