The worst pain I had was a kidney stone and inguinal hernia simultaneously. It was initially diagnosed as a testicular torsion. When the emergency surgeon did an external exam pushed the scar tissue back though the hole my vas deferens passes though. I started into an endorphins rush. When the anesthesiologist came in, I was pain free, scared, and freaking out I told him to stop an call the surgeon back. They almost cut my sack open, pulled my testicular out and try to untwist it.
