Destiny needs to understand that everyone has a different starting point. The first time i benched as a preteen i did 135 for reps. Becoming 225 for me was something I did as a beginner. Don't use ikea wood. Get real butcher block from lowes or home depot. I was going to go the ikea route, instead I went eith a L shaped uplift and 2 pieces of cherry butcherbock and sealed them with waterlox. Completely worth the extra cost

What you do for dumbbell press is get 2 ratchet straps and climbing loops, loop the climbing loops around the dumbbells, and the ratchet straps around the power rack and adjust them to a length that allows full rom. Now you don't need to get the dumbbells into position and they can't fall onto you. This is kind of hard to explain and my English isn't great, if you want a video I'll be home in about a week.
