Mimikyu's Disguise skill is a variant of Berry Burst. Just like Umbreon's "Moonlight" is a variant of Charge Energy S. Basically they're unique options of those normal skills and have different numbers. Rufflet/Braviary is just getting the stock version of Berry Burst, which will have different numbers. As for Mimikyu's skill, its skill can proc multiple times a day. The "busted form" refers to it being a critical hit, and that can only occur once a day. This crit provides a much larger amount of berries. Both Ditto and Mr. Mime have specialized versions of Skill Copy, so it's not our of the realm of impossibilities that we get a pokemon in the future with the skill solely named "Skill Copy". It's a change we've seen the game doing to start adding unique versions of current skills to better reflect the pokemon using it.

I'm at Old Gold Power Plant this week - hoping to find a cracked Dedenne and Mimikyu with their appearance rate being slightly buffed for the event. During the day I have a team of pure skill specialists and berry specialists at night for sneaky snacking. So far, it's working well!

Kind of sad you guys are giving up on sleep. I’m a new player and love the game , don’t think of it as a chore at all. Quite the opposite, a very casual but complex game that you can enjoy on so many different levels. Makes waking up slightly more fun to catch Pokemon. Until that feeling runs out I’ll be playing. Nintendo has stated multiple times that they are not resetting the online service again and the Switch OLED has a revised processor.

For Walmart at least at the store that i work at we receive the vendor for tcg on Mondays or Tuesdays but that is not really 100% because we have gone months without our vendors going to the store to restock and for mod integrity is supposed to be the vendor that sets that label but sometimes the associates do it just do get it done so that is set like two weeks before the item even arrives at the store

i'm thining getting back into the TCG after 15 years these days. I think the first products i'll buy will be... (drum roll....) NOT Prismatic Evolution. I think it will bet Battle Stadium boxes from the sword and sheild era. the last ones remaing are not overpriced and the themes of the expansion resonate more with me as a kid of the gen 4 era.

Copying my Spotify comment here: FYI there’s some wrong info on the TCGP Flair. Immersive and Gold Rare cards require you to crush a card to get Flair. Only cards limited to 1 copy (secret Mew, Full Art Pikachu promo, etc) don’t require crushing cards. Those same cards - immersive, gold, and LTD-1 cards - also don’t require each flair to be unlocked. You can select any available flair. So Gold MewTwo’s most expensive Flair would cost 90K Shinedust + 1 crushed Gold MewTwo (needing at least 2 copies to crush 1)

Steve mentioned not caring about the mouse functionality of the switch 2 but I think it is way more relevant to Pokémon then you realize. I think the whole reason for that function is to port ds and 3ds games to the console. Here’s hoping we finally get pokemon on the NSO

"virtual console will come" or "we'll get themes soon" - it was 8 years we heard both of these. We don't even know if it'll be a mouse and people think this is a sign for DS? Nope, not buying it right now. Mario Paint maybe at best in the future. Old games don't sell, we know this by now. It took all six $10 Pokémon Game Boy games to sell 1.5 million in total. BDSP sold 15 million at $60. You can do the math of what makes more money by grabbing nostalgia.

Why would Game Freak take a loss on games for NSO? Again, they proved with BDSP they could move 15 million units at $60. Why would they take the pennies off an NSO sign up?

They could still make the remakes . Either way im sure the game companies on Nso get a cut similar to Xbox or psn game pass. There are so many reasons to do it will they? I’m sure ds will come to Nso regardless.
