@@andrewbara3507 haha, bit of an update here for that, actually. I remember that a majority of them were done with the amber tear, and I switched to the golden mask later on. I looked into it within the past few months, and it turns out that the amber tear, despite being listed as having the same recruit rate boost as the golden mask pretty much everywhere I looked, actually gives a significantly lower boost, and as such it's impossible to recruit kecleon with it. That explains why it took so long, even though the rate should be 1/200.

I remember replaying this and buying some shop items, a blast seed, tiny revivial seed and a apple. A Ponyta I think came into the shop ending with me dying I of course used a revivial seed, only within one text scroll later did I realize the major mistake. Luckily I didn't use the seed I just got but I swear that was almost as terrifying as stepping into a room with alot of items.

All I wanted was to have Moonstone to evolve Skitty(Me/Zoul) into a Delcatty, but noooooooo! We had to do it the hard way! It's a good thing I always have some warp(or whatever there called) seeds with me so I can get to the exit so I won't have to waste time finding it. Keep up the work! :D

In PMD2 My strategy: Me: Infernape Partner: Sceptile Both equipped with: Mobile Scarves. Step 1: Steal. Step 2: Throw Stun Seed. Step 3: Run to wall Step 4: Give partner "Wait there" tactic Step 5: Walk away while Partner acts as bait. (Kecleon can't get to him since he is in wall) Step 6: Find stairs Step 7: Use Spurn Orb if needed. Step 8: Escape. Does this work in PMSD?

i think your strategy don't work in PSMD, because scarves don't exist, it replaced with Epjeselites (don't remember it's English name), but it's useless to steal kecleon to recruit him, because connection orb, you need to talk to him after recruiting 750 pokémon.
