You have not mentioned that there are two types of training 1 Trust trainee 2 Deanery trainee The Trust trainee is not guaranteed a place in the main training system ie trining ticket at the end of which one gets a consultancy A Deanery trainee is assured of a place in the main training system which is a training ticket to be a consultant provided the trainee has completed and passed all 3 parts of the NRCP and passed the ARCP also

Please UPDATE because 12 December there has been a new format passed by the government of England. You can check it on GOOGLE which states they will bring some sort of point system in England for IMG. I am keenly waiting for your video
