I think its leaning more towards Vacation resort than a place for people to live. People will still live there I think, just not as much as Oxagon and The Line

I think it might be a bit of a mixture. I don't know if the images of the city centre are CG'id, but it's showing some stunning tall glass skyscrapers. I think the investors/tourists will be more into the "snow" covered mountains. Although I think the man made image of the lake in the tourist sector looks a little bit poorly designed. If that is the finished lake or if it's just an easy design, I think they should reconsider the format. It looks as if it needs softening perhaps with some landscaping, it looks a bit harsh around the edges.

They say that it will be completed by 2026. As well as a luxury holiday resort, there are also pictures of a city centre like a Metropolis. I can't fathom out the "snow" on the mountains in the advert. Quite frankly, I've never seen anybody ski 'uphill' as they do. Up a mountain and into the sky. Maybe it's the perfect place to "pop your clogs"!!!

Idk about building into a mountain. It's a mountain for a reason. Some mountain ranges if I'm not mistaken are continuously shifting and rising. I don't how they would make this work. But I'm also not an architect so...

If they take you on, can you do something with that manmade lake? It needs softening, that hard wooden edge looks terrible. It should be softer, so it looks more natural. Maybe some clever landscaping will help it to blend in. I don't know if it is a genuine picture or maybe a CG image. Plus it's hard to know what kind of temperatures we are dealing with. To have stunning views of snow capped mountains not that far from a desert, makes my brain itch. Plus it's getting closer & closer to the final reveal.
