Do not apply to them, I am currently processing my visa to them and they are very very bad in handling visa process, it's hard to process refunds to them and they all don't know what they are doing, they lack of knowledge in handling visa process which is what you pay for. They will also lie to you and will blame you for their failed service. It is so hard to talk to them and most candidates complain the same thing They have very low acceptance rate in US visa and has huge problems in delayed visa processing in different countries they are hiring.
