​@@aashandhengre358those who remains after PPO are sit for final placement but final placement is done near end but ppo get after 3 to 4 months so if u get PPO u can chill but if u don't get then u get serious for ur final placement Hope u got my pov ..!!!

It’s a very subjective question and the answer will depend person to person. But in a generic way, it will be good for fresher. Avg CTC is fine.
