Middle class is a vague term. Chennai will definitely be a better decision than the other two but talk to your parents and see how much can they afford and how much loan will you need. Assume you'll land a job of about 10 lakhs after 4 years and see if that justifies all the expenses.

Bro, my rank is 8981. I've confusions in filling my choices today. The constraint in my choice filling is that all my choices must come under Fee Category 1. So I very well know that I couldn't make it up to CSE core in Vellore. The same is for CSE Specialisation courses also.( I say it by going through previous years rankings). Now, my doubt is, after CSE Core and CSE Specialisations in Vellore, should I go for IT in Vellore or the CSE Core at Chennai? Do people value the students of VIT Chennai as they do for VIT Vellore? As you said, both the colleges are being provided with same facilities (including placements), but as a layman, my doubt is do the students of VIT Vellore have an upper hand over the students of VIT Chennai in any manner? Please share your thoughts🙏.

There is absolutely no upper hand to any campus students. Nobody even cares about your branch. Even on your degree, only VIT Vellore is mentioned. Google the differences between CSE and IT and then make your choice based on that. The campus wouldn't really matter. All the best!
