I encapsulated my placenta and I felt so good postpartum! I think people don't know enough about the benefits so they just see it as gross but I would do it again for sure.

For sure. Sounded gross to me at first, but the benefits are great. And in pill form, not gross at all!!

Hi, 7 years into the future lol I don’t think it’s gross I’m actually really tempted to try it, I just wish there was more scientific based data, rather than anecdotal ones.

I plan on doing this after my next baby is born. My midwife says it will help be with baby blues and ppd. While it weirds me out to eat it, ppd weirds me out even more 😂 so I will be chowing down.

We did this after #3 as well and I definitely think it helped!!! The cost wasn't too bad to have it done, either and my midwife brought the pills back to me at my home at my 24 hour checkup. :)

I’m 6 months pregnant with baby #4 wish I had known about this before! But I’m 100% doing with this baby it’s $500 I’m think if I want to do this myself
