The most difficult time for growing figs in the Northeast has arrived ,you need to protect your potted trees in a way they survive the long winter.
The ideal is to maintain them in a place with temperatures ranging between 34 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit .
They don't need that much water while dormant. You should check them every 3 weeks and water lighly if necessary .
