can you set a stop loss and take profit and still be able to manually close the trade with one click? takes way too long to close trades and if you turn on silent mode it won't allow you to place stop loss which forces you to focus on one trade or take the risk of doing multiple trades wit no stop loss...

Hello, can we put in a stop-limit buy order from the chart? I want to go long only if the price increases to my target price as part of my momentum strategy. I tried it on the chart rewinds but it didn't seem to work. I'm not trading live yet. Thanks.

Thank you. These many days I wasn't aware of that buy and sell buttons for scalping. One question, just by clicking if it takes the Long or Short position. Then how to select the account size. For ex: If my account size id 500$, but I need only 100$ to put a trade on? Is this possible in that scalping option?

After a while of using TD i just switched back to ctrader on 1 screen and TD on the other. Executing on TD is ok but not as reliable as ctrader. Sometimes a SL would show on TD but it's not actually there if you check in ur pepperstone account. Or it takes a while to change

i placed a short trade, with a stop loss and tp, it reached the tp, for some reason, it then said that i somehow bought instead of selling and lost the trade, i have a picture of the trade and it definitely says that i sold, not bought. anyone knows what the problem could be?

Hey man, when I place orders, I like to move my stop loss up above where I bought in. So I always come out positive no matter what. With that being said, if I let my order go till the next day will my stop loss still be active during the post and pre market?

Why is it still impossible to set up Stop Loss and Profit Target on Trading View with IBK AFTER entering the trade? I can easily do it in "replay" mode, but not in "live trading". For that I need to log out from the IBK broker on my Trading View platform and log in in my IBK mobile app to do so. This take a lot of time and not a viable option for me. I asked TV this question multiple times and nobody can give me a definitive answer, they just blame IBK. I am puzzled. Does anybody know the answer?

I started both a paper trading account and a live account, both with 100$. ive been placing orders on my paper trading account with the same measures I do on my live account and profit. however when I trade on my live account with the same amount of money it cancels and or rejects my order. does anyone know why?

I changed my account from 100k to 10k in trading view. I quadrupled it. Does this means I can proceed to live trading? Channel admin and anyone can answer this. Thanks!🙏

By all means start trading live but keep your risk low at first. If you quadrupled your account with dummy funds, that likely means you were taking quite a lot of risk. With real funds you will likely trade differently.
