Skladniki:
200g platkow owsianych gorskich (NIE BLYSKAWICZNE)
100g twarożku o niskiej zawartości tłuszczu
2 duze jajka
1 banan
i lyzeczka vanilii
200g jagod
Mozna dodac pokruszone orzechy wloskie oraz 2-3 lyzeczki zmielonego siemienia lnianego'
Olej lub maslo do smazenia.
Mozna zrobic polewe do placuszkow:
70g jogurtu zwyklego
1 lyzeczka syropu klonowego
skladniki wymieszac i po upieczeniu polac placuszki

Ingredients:
1cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries(frozen or fresh
You can add crushed walnuts and 2-3 teaspoons of ground linseed.
Oil or butter for frying or cooking spray)
Maple yogurt:
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (low fat)
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
Mix the ingredients and pour over the pancakes after baking
