Nice guide. Followed this, it took a few tries, but I finally got it. 349 days, total score 162930, 28% cure. I got real lucky this run, with the way countries got infected and I didn't even need to use genetic reshuffle. I poured all the rest of my points instead into all of the symptoms. I had every single one unlocked that sped up the rate I took everyone out at.

Sorry to comment on an older video, but something that would make the video a little better would be updating the description and adding the order of mutations. It goes pretty fast. :)

What would happen if you were to follow this guide on a lower difficulty? I'm playing the free mobile app in which Brutal is the highest difficulty, but I have managed to unlock all the genes used in this guide. Is it possible that it works worse in lower difficulties for some reason?

I played this on normal and it works amazingly. I don't have all the genes required, only one or two, yet it works extremely quickly which for me is helping me get the rest of the genes I need. So far I've only gotten 4 stars, but if I get the genes I need I'd probably be able to get 5
