Don't mutate sicknesses. After u got at least 100 in every country or territory in the whole world, get really good killing sicknesses

What I am curious of is how do you even know how to get those achievements? (Things like picking the prion for most makes sense due to its ability to give you a looot more time for events like those needed for Patient Who to fire.) But achievements like this one or Plague in Space or Power Overwhelming... How does one figure those out? Do you do file diving to figure out the checks and conditions for certain events?

my guess would be that he's looking into game's code or some kind of files to check for triggers for those events
