Generally speaking, yes. However, there are many cases where adding 「の?」 makes the sentence sound unnatural. The use of 「の?」 is an advanced grammatical topic, so I will explain it in a future video😊

I always wonder why I usually hear "あたし", spoken usually by girls, in anime. So it's actually a casual form of "私 / わたし".
