Didn’t you show this plan a long time ago? At $600k. I’d buy it. But I don’t drive. Bad eyes. Great house. Great floor plan. I’d do the bedroom downstairs.

Realtors always saying that “this will be the next summerlin”. They say it with cadence, inspirada, valley vista, etc. Summerlin is cool and all but my favorite area is enterprise.

As an out of towner, I don't understand the name value of Summerlin. I saw a walking tour of their "downtown" and it's like a 3 square block pedestrian friendly area with a few restaurants, located inside of an outlet mall? Most of it appears to be a series of enormous, unused surface parking lots outside of that small ped zone? I'm not sure if I got the full picture, correct me if I'm wrong, but that seems quite dull for all the media blitz and name dropping the area gets

@@KillaninjaFC why don’t you look up the average household income in Summerlin’s 89138 and 89135 zip code vs the rest of the zip codes in Las Vegas, Henderson and North Vegas. You probably have a hard time also understanding why Irvine, CA is one of the nicest areas in all of California if you went to Irvine Spectrum Mall!

@@NogoalRob I understand it’s popular with affluent buyers but I don’t see a clear reason why, as an out of towner I look to attractions and activities first. I took your message to mean it’s less about things to do than about having a certain zip code. Which is fair in any city, being more desirable because a certain crowd lives there already

@@KillaninjaFC you can Google Summerlin to research amenities. Summerlin has miles of walking trails built into the community. It’s next to Red Rock National Park which has a lot of different hiking trails. West Summerlin sits above 3000 feet, meaning it’s roughly 8 degrees cooler during the Summer than most of the Vegas area. It 10 high quality public golf courses within a 8 miles radius; including a nine hole lighted par 3 course, and an executive course. There are homes to purchase with views of the strip and or Red Rock Mountains. These are a few of the amenities of Summerlin. Lastly, Summerlin developer the Howard Hughes Corporation seems to have copied the blueprint development strategy of The Irvine Company which develops Irvine, CA from the community amenities , walking trails, hiking, shopping, dining and even the different villages within the community. It’s why a lot of South Orange County residents have move/retired to Summerlin.

Actually from Revere and the 215, the downtown and strip views are excellent, the best in the Valley.
