Holy cow, you've blown my mind. I feel like I'm a pretty organized person, but I didn't realize how much I was letting my fear of: what if it doesn't work out? - get in my way. Watching your video has given me the process and structure that I need so I can just follow it, commit to it and see what happens. I was letting my fear stop me from getting organized enough to create content. But you've laid out so clearly how to just plug in and go - that there's no more excuses. I can see how I was letting my fear be bigger than me. I feel like I can trust the process with this, uh, process lol that you've given us. Just time to execute and have fun! Content creation can really ruin your life because it is so much work. The same thing happened to me. 3 months of doctor visits, emergency room visits, panic attacks. Got into a deep dark hole of depression and anxiety and I took more than 2 years off because I was worried I would go through the same. Working on it right now but I don't want to fall into that dark hole and I want to enjoy my life!!
