I don’t use this layout for work because I have most of my schedule on Outlook. What I do use this for is a weekly overview to highlight appointments, etc. I update each day the night before to time block my work meetings and to list my top three for the following day from the to do list included in the pack.. Works well for me. Thanks for the video, not many you tubers post videos with this layout so appreciate it.

I have a very project-based job and track what I work on, partly as a mechanism for a status report i share, and partly as sometimes my time becomes billable. I was using daily pages and switched over to an hourly. I do pre-plan or note meetings or training, etc, but most of the function is recording at the time, what I work on through the day. So, the main ongoing task list pages in the planner or extension pack for projects and then the weekly list on the left for urgent tasks towards those projects or deadlines. Those boxes at the top have actually become where I place most of my decor, as well as the bottom (I don’t really need past 5 or 5:30), and Sat/Sunday.

We in California have a different type of UnDu that meets the standards set by Proposition 65, which bands any chemicals etc that cause cancer or birth defects.

I use a passion planner weekly for the hourly layout. I thought my days/weeks would always look exactly the same since my work schedule is the same, but to my surprise, I LOVE it and it is different every day. I use most of the middle for checklists of things I need to get done while at work. Works great for me!

I used to use an hourly but found I don’t work well using such a strict layout. Having a chronic illness I found I can’t work like that because every day varies and I don’t know how I’m going to feel until the day! It’s much better for me to have one or two must do’s in a box on the day. I’d love to see how you feel about it as a working woman though xxx💕

I use this for my work planner! I really love it, my job differs each day so this helps me map out meetings versus when I can actually get my tasks done to meet deadlines 😅 it’s great for me to see my week at a glance so I know when to stop scheduling meetings!

I use an hourly planner to track each of my appointments through out the day. I don’t normally fill out each and every space with exactly everything I am doing. Sometimes I use it as a quick notes space for the individual appointments. The top area I use for extra information for the day or reminders of errands or quotes. The two check boxes I use for kids day off of school or their work schedule or even doctor appointments…

I was told to write out my schedule so I could plan my days better. I tried on an old hourly sheet and got it down when I had alot going on. I'm a busy stay at home Mom but run alot, appointments and such. I just need a place to remind of things I need to buy and the menu for the week. Hence why I use a big dashboard lol

Can’t say I love the hourly, so I treat it more like a lined vertical, though I have recurring meetings that I do mark. What I really love are the goals, projects, and tasks pages and this is why I stay with the big version of this extension pack. Also, I didn’t hear it mentioned, but like all undated packs, it comes with a couple of sheets for dates and months.

The thing with this layout for someone with a full time job is that they don’t need a reminder to work 10 times a week but they do need more space to list errands, tasks, meals, and activities. It’s like 1 small sticker space midday could be get gas, bank, cash envelopes, pick up meds and it just doesn’t fit in that tiny space, even with the extra boxes at the top of the layout.
