Welcome back to my channel!!!!! In this video we will be do a Plan with Me for 2-8 January 2023 in my Hobonichi Cousin. I am adopting a more minimalistic planning system and only using stickers when appropriate so that I have full use of the hours in the vertical daily columns.

LOVE your layout Heidi. Inspiration for my own and also so neat and minimalist, yet, decorative. I love both kits and deco. Functional but aesthetic. Really like how you block out what's known, but leave ample space for what is fluid...too often we try to plan too much in ahead and end up giving up on a spread because it feels over cluttered. I therefore get what you mean by boxes and the space they take up. I try to go for the ones that have writing space on them, and use them where I do block out some time for ad hoc specifics, creative time or other events I like to keep record of, so they have their space for me when they are not too unwritable from being so decorated :).

I feel the same way! I started filling in my day today and love how I have space to write what I do and then if I want to add decor to the blank spaces I can. I personally don’t like a planner where it is sticker overload…visually it makes my brain hurt but understand that some people like all the stickers. I can’t wait until the end of the year and I flip back and see how my layout changes.

I'm thinking of doing a pwm in my Hobonichi cousin. It is my very first Hobonichi and I've been trying to figure out which would be the best planner (Happy Planner or Hobonichi) to do my plan with me videos. I've been so indecisive, but I like how yours turned out, so maybe I'll try. Great video!
