I'm at one year (last week) since I almost died of a blood clot in my lung. (Don't ignore your pain ladies!) I've been really wallowing lately and feeling sorry for myself and everything I missed plus everything being canceled for COVID. ANYWAY. I really needed that talk about being grateful that I'm able to move and I'm still here. Thank you! I really love your videos and your spreads.

I love rainbow spreads! Rainbows are a sign of hope for me. I do understand about your husband's passing. My younger brother was in an accident which left him a paraplegic. Altho not the same as ALS, he lost the use of the lower part of his body. I was his primary caregiver for 23 years until his death in 2015. May God bless you with peace and love!

My Only Son gained his Angel Wings 🕊when he was 18 & I totally understand the "homegoing date" I used to get REALLY DEPRESSED until a friend told me to start celebrating him! & I say to you that I am happy for you & that you were given that opportunity to enjoy each other & be a Blessing to him in his time of need🤗. First thing I’m so sorry to hear about your husband’s passing. I think it’s great that you honor him on his death date even though it wasn’t his thing. It’s your thing so continue to do it. Re Bumble well ... terriers of all kinds were originally bred to "go to ground" and kill "vermin" (it's in the name terrier! ;), so she's answering a very deep call from her DNA. Now that she's ... been successful, you won't be able to stop her answering this call short of restraining her somehow. I'm sorry ... it can be difficult to realize how close our house pets sometimes are to their more wild ancestors. Thanks for this. 💚💚💚

I so agree with you regarding gratitude for your health and just what you have been through watching someone you love dying is so hard. My daughter has a kidney problem and when she is in so much pain and there is nothing I can do is so hard. i hope tomorrow is ok for you just remember the good times you had together.

Thank you for talking about your husband’s ALS. My. Other was born with hip problems. She walked in pain every day. Yet when she saw a child ins wheel chair she always said I have no reason to complain. She never did. Hugs to you !

I know baby bunnies are cute and it was probably a very disturbing sight, but I couldn't help but laugh when you were saying "I love her but she's a murderer!" and "my dog's a psychopath!" I would have been all sorts of conflicted. Distressed about the bunnies but in complete shock of it all and when I'm completely dumbfounded my default response is laughter at the absurdity of what I'm seeing. I know, I know. I'm probably going to hell. LOL

ALS is a horrible disease. Don’t apologize for sharing your story, and his, with us. That is what friends are for. I had a coworker who also lost her husband, Steve, to ALS. As a cancer survivor, I’m grateful for my cancer-free state. Everyday is a blessing. Now, onto Bumble. 🤣😂🤣😂 she isn’t a psychopath, she is a terrier. As another viewer mentioned here, she was bred to track down and kill. She has tasted blood...she won’t forget. The little stinker! It could be worse. She could be a 120 lb Rottweiler. My friend had a Rotty. While she never offered to hurt her humans, she dictated things like getting up in the morning. If the Rotty didn’t want my friend to get up early, she just pinned her down in the bed. My friend weighed less than the dog. So be grateful Bumble is ridiculously cute and small! This is a lovely spread. I enjoy hearing about your life...because I’m nosy and my social distancing existence is so boring! So thank you for your planner chats and keeping us entertained. PS: I cannot imagine what Mike’s Mom and sister thought of Bumble! 😂🤣😂🤣

Omg I can’t believe she actually swallowed the bunny! My pit bull killed a pigeon a few weeks ago but luckily she didn’t eat it. My dad was very sad since it was his pigeon friend. For anyone offended by this story, hate to tell you this but it is real life. Dogs are animals and they will kill other animals if given the chance. I appreciate that you are sharing your life with us Mary Ellen.

We were at my parent’s house yesterday and my dog found a bunny nest too. Luckily she didn’t eat one, but she had it in her mouth. At our old house, she used to catch mice and proceed to play with them, tossing them up in the air. I could hear the squeaking, but of course there was no way she was letting go. It’s not fun at all, but I guess they are just doing what comes naturally. Yuck

I always enjoy watching your spreads and have copied several. I am sorry about your husband passing from that terrible disease. I must say however the Bunny story was not necessary. If you wanted to remember that incident you could have done so without telling the story on your video.

Unfortunately, my 9 year old granddaughter was watching with me. It took us several hours to calm her down. We enjoy watching your videos together but now her mother has said she can no longer watch. This was something we did together, I will miss this time with her.
