It has been brought to my attention that the phrase "washed in the blood" has religious meaning. I was not aware of this, and I truly apologize about joking about it, I just didn't know. I'm so sorry if I offended anyone. I also apologize for the bad audio quality. I'm not sure what happened but it does get a little better as the video goes on, so I hope you will stick around!

I'm a christian...I was not offended...no worries...sooooo many phrases or sayings are from the Bible and most people have no clue that what they are saying is Biblical.

Not offended, and I grew up singing these words in church. It refers to being "washed in the blood of The Lamb"... the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for sinners. Not sure why it was in that sticker book and giggled when I heard you read it! Lol!

I think sensory and calming, artistic hobbies are great for any age! I love coloring, stickers, crocheting, etc. It is so relaxing to just shut off an overthinking/overstimulated brain and just focus on the moment and create something. It can be almost meditative. We are so bombarded with media, shows, screens, pets, family, etc.

Love, love, love this spread! I have the cutout sticker book and I use it for my junk/art journal. I never thought to use it in my planner! I really like the combination of the vintage look with the modern look. I always keep them separate. Now I know it's okay to combine them. What fun! I love your videos so much. Mary Ellen, I love your content. I live in AZ, but my family is from Pittsburgh area. I love hearing about you and where you live. I am also ADHD. Brain Fog is a problem with that, but I have noticed mine getting worse, too. I am 56. I went to a Menopause specialist in my area. She put me on Horone replacement therapy and that has helped me with sleeping. The brain fog is still there, but I feel like that is something I need to bring up to her. I know you are working on your health. I don't know if you have thought about that. That is my hyper-focus last summer into fall. I knew washed in the blood, but it was in there in a very random way. My husband spent some time in Japan, and he said they would have shirts in Eglish with very random sayings that always made him smile. It was like how he was getting their language wrong, too!

Here’s the translation for the French sticker: “Des Produits Faits-Maison, Vraiment Extra”: . And “Une Bonne Confiture pour PLUS d’énergie!”: . They are referring to the homemade strawberry jam jar… Back then, because people were doing a lot more physical labour, the extra energy from the sweet jam was a good source of energy.😊

"Are you washed in the blood" refers to a Christian song talking about how Jesus died for our sins and have you trusted in that shed blood to get you to Heaven. Not sure why it would be in a sticker book, but hats what that saying is talking about.

I can understand not knowing the term Washed in the Blood can be very jarring when you first hear it. I wasn't offended. Be gentle with yourself. You're experiencing things. If I remember correctly you said you joined your family for drinks at a bar, you joined some ladies from the gym for coffee, you had a phone conversation with a guy on the phone you might start seeing, you visited your grandchild. These are all experiences. You're doing great! I love the spread! remember wacky is fun!

Being "washed in the Blood" is Evangelical Christian language for having accepted Jesus as Savior. Jesus' blood on the cross is said to redeem sinners and cover their sins.

Washed in the blood is a reference to being saved by the blood of Jesus. Are you washed in the blood or just the water is like asking if you're faith is really in Jesus or just the rituals like chirch attendance and the showy stuff.
