Beautiful! How do you keep your Tombow pens from smearing your Sakura outlines??

Thank you! :) I usually waited around 5 minutes after finishing the Sakura outlines to add the tombow. It was a little bit of a hassle but yeah it would smear if I got impatient and drew over it right away haha
