Hey girl! I get my nails done. I tip any where from $10 -$20. I feel rushed or pushed out. Tip goes down. If I'm cut or bleed, tip goes down. If they push down my cuticles instead of cut them off, tip goes down. If I get my toed done and manicure. I usually tip more. But I gotta see that effort. I ain't going to spend my hard earned money for a half ass job. Nails cost $40 and up. And I'm extra so I always get sparkle or designs and that $10 a finger more. So it varies.😂

I used to only have life insurance through my employer but several years ago I switched to a policy outside of my employer. One of my coworkers got breast cancer last year and ended up losing her job. She made a big post encouraging everyone to get separate life insurance policies because now she’s unable to find anywhere that will cover her. So I definitely echo that you should consider getting a policy outside of work!!

I don't have life insurance b/c I am SINK. If someone relies on your income (ie. partner, children), you absolutely need short term life insurance.
