Loved the video Madi. Could you do a video on project management? Is there a system that works for you? Is it as simple as writing a to-do list and ticking it off? I dont know where to even start!

That’s a really good question! It totally depends on the project, but usually it’s a matter of laying out all the deadlines, deliverables, and requirements and then brainstorming and getting to the fine details. Working backwards usually helps me! What kind of project would you be interested in? Let me know, maybe I can incorporate that into a video!

@@MadyPlans Thats makes so much sense, working backwards. I find that I end up writing too many lists and they all get jumbled into each other and it gets overwhelming. I guess what I need help with is the categorising. Which you've just answered my question. Maybe I'm just over thinking it too much, and feeling like there are certain tasks I'm forgetting to write down. I would love to see you plan out content for your channel or instagram, that would be so helpful to see. Thanks again! x

If you could discuss how you juggle multiple projects all at once, eg working for cloth and paper to making time to make content for your social media. I know it's all down to time management and organisation (which you're a queen at!) but any tips would really help a girl out haha

@@ivygmni Same! Sometimes it gets to be waaaay too many lists, I have one project that I’m working on and I can never seem properly lay it out on paper or even in my head. But I try to separate out the categories or parts of the project as best I can, and then chip away at each one!! Then re-evaluate and move forward with the next step if that makes sense. But for smaller projects I like to use the clipboard with a few sticky notes and I’m good to go!

I’m not sure! I don’t think many people think to use them in their personal planning system. I’ve only ever used them at work (a bakery of all places) it’s never something I personally went out to buy for my home but I had the idea of using them to organize my letter size documents. And now I’m obsessed and use them for planning projects too!

All together this takes about 1 hour total to plan my week, plan my day, and plan at night. I need to stay organized, if you can simply jot down one list that's awesome! I cannot lol so this is the system I've developed to help me stay on top of things. I've been working from home for 2 years and over time one to do list has evolved into a fully functioning system of planning and it helps me a lot.
