Between depression and an adult ADHD diagnosis, my goal for this year is "simplementation." Your note of scratching things off the to-do to instead reach out to current clients is so simple but obviously super useful. It makes so much sense, but I still needed you to say it out loud! I appreciate the small perspective shifts you offer. They really take the edge off of how big everything can start to feel.

How would you try to increase viewership or traffic?

I would first look at all the content I've created over the last 90 days and see which content topics had the most engagement/views/traffic... then I would focus on creating more content around those topics!

I'd love to hear more about your agency experience as a solopreneur -- that's where I'm transitioning now but most of the KZbin content around agencies are from young men and not 30 something mamas like us.

You MIGHT need to have the business or creator account on Instagram... I'm not 100%. I also use an outside software call Flick to pull the data too
