This is awesome, I just started this channel to get it monetized and teach people how to do the same. I have been putting my videos into a playlist and building upon each video so that they all lead to one result, getting monetized. I have also realized that I can easily categorize some of these videos into other profitable playlists. Thank you for this strategy🙌🏾

Thank you for such valuable information. I have a logistical question. If I need to encourage viewers in each video to watch the next one in the sequence, it means the next video must already be published. Does that mean you publish the entire playlist at once, or do you start publishing from video number 5?

Hey! The way that I interpreted her awesome idea was that we would be batching. Essentially, you will be scripting out the entire series, or at least 2-3 within the series, so, then when you are recording video 1, you already have the script and plan for video 2, so you already know what CTA to say in video 1 that leads them to video 2. And I believe, once you start placing the videos in order within a playlist, KZbin will suggest the videos in sequence once you have posted them. So technically, I do believe that when you post video 1 there will not be a next video to suggest within your playlist until you post video 2. However, at least you already have it recorded with the correct CTA and the series will build over time. :)

Playlist!!! I'm an enthusiast who has never create a YT video. It's something that I'm planning to do, but as you can guess the "starting" is hard part. Especially when you don't possess the skills to create content. We all have great ideas, but we need to raise our skillsets. It's great to see content creators like you Trena as you break down complex subjects into easier to understand content chunks. I learned something new today! I do have one question regarding the data on those 50 channels mentioned around the 10:45 mark. Do you see strategy trends changing over time with a channel? My understanding is that it is difficult to "change" a channel, but I would love to hear your thoughts!

If you mean "change" a channel, you are talking about a niche... yes it can be hard to change niches once you channel gets momentum but in the beginning you do have a time to play around with the topic of your channel.

@@TrenaLittle I haven't created anything in a loooong time and my channel is growing a lot! I do have a funnel ready to be filmed which I think is going to be really good--- based it on specific questions/problems my ready to buy client has. I had a small accident and get up and around too much so YT is on the back burner but I have been trying to pop in live once a week. Could you do a video on the "consequences" of LIVES on your channel---- like if audience retention is really low at the end, will that eventually damage YT reputation with the algorithm? So, could a series of so-so lives actually be damaging to our channel?

@@adrianacantisani I don't think it's about damaging your channel. Lives are a different strategy, they are meant for community building not evergreen. So you still want to have videos that aren't just lives so you have videos that live long

So you have hundreds of Playlists? I different one for each idea? Plus you have to create ALL 5 videos first before you can publish the videos in a particular Playlist...I don't like this strategy!!!

you add videos to a playlist when its completed, and you reference the previous video you created at the end of the new one. You can then add a video into multiple playlists, this then creates links - its common sense

So I have multiple playlists... probably over 20. And the reason why I do this is because I'm creating videos to feed my business. I know this is the best way to help me make sales. I'm not making all 5 videos, I just plan for them and I can film one video at a time if I'd like, but I have the plan to know which video is going to be next that I record and post
