The smoking thing happened to me too, I was smoking consistently with no issues just vibes and then I had similar shitty experience. Now I take one hit and I feel like I'm having a literal heart attack. It doesn't really make any sense to me because my tolerance was pretty high before I had the shitty experience.

The best thing thats worked for me is to just space out my drinks , and think about how much i'm consuming within the hour/half hour during an event or party... because sometimes the sips we take are directly correlated to how anxious we feel at any given point and we don't even realize. then drinks gone and onto the next. and knowing when to get a water in between and sip on that to sober up or just manage the anxiety is lifesaving.nobodys gotta know its water lol

Bri, I literally can’t smoke anymore bc I feel the same way. I stopped for 6 months hoping it was just a phase an it definitely wasn’t. I just gave it up completely cause it b messing me up man it’s so strange. Also you’ll never get that same feeling whenever you first started doing it and I feel like everyone looks for that and it’ll never happen again lol. I feel you.✊🏼

After you green out, a lot of smoking is psychological and you get pary af super easy. If you go for a few months or years not smoking it will be fine but it might be easier just to stop.

I took an edible once and I got the same type of high where I was tripping and anxious and paranoid and I had to stop smoking for a year before my body would stop getting anxious and paranoid!!
