PLANET 9 - Scientists say it's there!

Caltech astronomers Konstantin Batygin and Mike Brown announced new research that provides evidence of a giant planet tracing an unusual, elongated orbit in the outer solar system.
Planet Nine or Planet X is a strange object believed to be a planet that is in the farthest reaches of the solar system. This planet would have a mass of about ten to fifteen times the mass of Earth and would be located more than twenty times the distance from the Sun to Neptune. It is believed to be responsible for a strange inclination of the solar system, so it is vital to find it.
Konstantin Batygin from Nasa Caltech lead the scientific investigation.
He's a Associate Professor of Planetary Science - Caltech
Michael Brown is the Richard and Barbara Rosenberg Professor of Planetary Astronomy at Caltech.
