I’m seriously asking for only ONE thing that must be in the next game please please please dear Frontier… 🙏 Please make a complete overall of the entertainment and shows aspect of the game: like adding parades with the possibility to create floats and with a coaster’s UI create invisible tracks and draw the parade route through the paths of the park. In addition the possibility to create our own characters roaming around the park, like imagine having a sort of "make a sims" UI, modeling the character, adding accessories, personality, the tone of their voice, … THAT WOULD BE HUGE. We saw the enormous upgrade the guests’ AI got in Planet Zoo, it would be such a blast having whole new guests interactions with shows, and why not even having theaters, where guests would sit… PLEASE. THEME PARKS NEED ENTERTAINMENT. That’s all i ask personally.

MORE EVIDENCE I JUST FOUND!!! - on Frontier’s website within the latest news for investors there is a post about the new Jurassic World game. Included in this it says - “Frontier plans to release one new CMS game per year; the development of the unannounced own-IP CMS game for FY25 is on track and Frontier expects to announce the title in the coming months.” So it is confirmed as an own IP CMS game AND it’ll be announced in the coming months. This was posted on 9th May. It could be another new game in the Planet universe but i can’t imagine it not being PlanCo 2 due them needing a reliable hit.

Wishlist features for a sequel would be some form of backwards compatibility with the first game's content/parks/etc... other than that a basic overhaul, with an updated renderer that can handle the draw call issue that plagues the games performance, and some tweaks to building/pathing. am loving the simplicity of Tiny Glade for example. If PLANCO had a building/scenery/path system that worked like that. Chef's kiss.

Having played Prehistoric Kingdom, there were three game-changing features for building that would be amazing in PC2: - Scalable objects: every object’s size can be scaled on any or all of 3 axes - No Grid-Locked Objects: Some objects can be placed on a grid, but can also be switched to free-form within the same build. - Re-texturing Objects: Instead of having a bunch of different building pieces for each texture, there are only a few basic pieces (walls, floor, arch) but then you can select what texture (wood, brick, stone, etc) to apply, similar to changing the color. Makes for easily swapping out the look of the building, and less objects in the menu to scroll through. These 3 features basically unlock unlimited creativity; I found it hard to switch back to PC after I got used to them.

There’s really a lot of features here in the comments that would absolutely make sense but the one thing I’d hope for would be some kind of AI based creation assistant. I am creative enough to imagine and describe stuff like queue designs or stations and other buildings but I am really bad -maybe just not patient enough - at building or detailing it out of thousands of pieces.

I would say the most wished feature (at least for me) would be to be able to fully customize (any kind of) rides... similar to No Limits 2 (building coasters without being limited to only certain things like it is at the moment). That for example a wooden coaster can have a looping (like "Son of Beast" in Ohio once had) or in general turntables, switch tracks, etc. Being able to choose the size, the shape of the cabin of freefall towers...etc. And of course a scaling option for any piece (for scenery and building pieces).

More than a wishlist, this is my must list: 1. Actual dark inside buildings without resorting to tricks. In other words, like Park Studio. 2. Transfer tracks, switch tracks, swing launches, etc. In other words, the ability to emulate today’s modern rides in all their forms. This includes even upcoming ones like the Donkey Kong coaster at Universal Studios Japan and Epic Universe. 3. Paths that don’t fight you when trying to build them. 4. At least somewhat easier construction of buildings. Also easier underground construction. It’s a little tedious in PC1.

I have 2 desires: Simultaneous loading and unloading with possibly more control over station logistics and baggage. A expansion of the console planco's story mode (which has voice acting unlike PC), and it coming to PC. I want actual scenarios and some of those story mode maps are amazing. It gets great at the end with King Coasters exacting requirements, but I wish it was even harder and there was a lot more like it. I had to challenge myself by combining 3 objectives into one coaster design to add challenge

Give us the ability to drop our own avatar into the park at anytime anyplace that gives us a default head height camera view as well as all the other view options so we can easily check out our builds as they would appear from the guests perspective without having to run or unpause the sim. Make the avatar the equivalent of a walking guest access limited filming tool. This would be a lot easier than a keyboard typed in guest override or guest ride along. Just gout our avatar in the same place as the staff menu or as a special button always available to the OSD/GUI

I guess you cant make a game so deep that it has both themes. It would be too much work? Idk, Plus I think for a company its better to separate it and sell two games for same price than one game packed with dlc content :D

My only hopes is that there would be a modern intamin blitz and a no limits node- style coaster builder. I love the way you are able to build coasters in no limits and the way you are able to theme in PC, so I am hoping for that as an extra thing

I bought this game on sale and have been loving it, I'm huge sims 3 fan and I know I'm going to be playing this game for a long time, endless game play. The only thing that annoys me is that there aren't more expansions to buy as I also got all 7. I've been watching KZbin tutorials on how to play the game and it only took a few days to fully understand everything. Also discovering all the channels that showcase player created parks is great and very inspiring, great game and great community.

I think a cool pack system they could do is try to get licensing from manufacturers and they sell bundles that way so for example if I buy the intamin pack I get those rides types

Remember my words. PC2 will use a brand new version of the Cobra Engine, and it will include IP tie-ins just like PC1. Some of the issues from PC1 will be “fixed” that were purely limitations of that engine. A new and improved pathing tool, and I’m not sure custom content will be a thing this time around. We can only hope.

A better Coaster designer, better terrain tools, pathing, scenery items to block light for building dark rides. Real thought into career mode with economics that match the complexity that planco 1 misses. Additionally, but not a show stopper (could even be dlc) would be water parks and hotels.

They just need to release Planet Coaster 1.1 with a few tweaks in the performance and the park manager and I would spend €50 or more again. Planet Coaster One is simply a fantastic game for young and old. Just listening to the music brings back so many great memories. :)

Here's to hoping! I hope they reorganize the build menus and streamline building. I most often quit because executing simple ideas become tedious. Give me a parking lot, full resort infrastructure and broad focus management and I'm a happy camper in sandbox mode. For challenge I'd like to pick and choose the guidelines on how my park run, make budget and advertising decisions (some of which we can already) but I never want to individually train every employee! Business decisions and attitude should trickle down chain of command. I'd also like competitive gameplay over tasks. Let us compete with virtual or real parks so major additions are calculated gambles against weather and competitors. Ability to make custom rides and share would be more practical than hoping for in-game creations of niche rides.

MY LIST -stations- smaller stations or double stations like incredicoaster for example or a unload and load station like expedition Everest for example. -coasters- definitely the option to have other colors and numbers on track rides coasters and flat rides. -other- mabye some more show options like a show viewing area and mabye parades or water shows for example like world of color. something that i think rct3 i cant remember is building how tall a drop tower is. another thing is the drop on choppers creek i feel like would be better if the drop didnt go on a lift hill before it drops like how the drops are at Disneyland's splashmountain and mabye able to make a smaller track for choppers creak. wheather would be nice to and mabye other gift shops that sells backpacks for people to wear or mabye strollers. well thats my list and this is alot to ask for but hopeing some of it at least happens mostly more shows wheather train colors and the drop on choppers creak
