E Dorian, E Locrian, maybe A Major but i really don't work on mayor keys in this genre, I see it as B Dorian, in the solo, Eb minor , in this genre I never see it as major scales because the armony is big, if you see it in minor, you can see the variation of these family of minor keys/scales, melodic minor, harmonic minor, exotic scales, altered, etc. On guitar for me, is more important see this style on minor keys and scales like dorian, locrian ... Is a syncopated ostinato rhythm on 4/4 ... an example,is like if you count 3/4 over 4/4 then will match in the same beat 1 on the fifth measure on 3/4 and in the fourth measure on 4/4
