Just a couple of ideas after finding your channel and loving seeing someone learning as they go! So with stress in your shy animals (artic fox and prairie dogs) you can place “do not disturb” signs near them which should help with the lower barriers and the protesters. With mechanical research of packs, if you want to use the resources to build your own things, you only need to hit level 1 to get them, the rest of pre-builds. Could save you some time by just switching priorities after level 1 of each pack research. If you want the wolves to go up on to that rock piece, you can place an enrichment at the end of it to entice them there. For future proofing of habitats, I’d suggest mechanical research into barriers as it can give you one way glass which is very useful to protect shy animals. I think the only potential workaround for floors glitching through walls is to select them, exit out of group edit mode and then place them yourself without the help of the grid restricting you. I just found your channel yesterday and I love this series. I’ve been trying to learn to build better in Planet Zoo too, and a lot of times I feel a little discouraged by all the KZbinrs who do these immaculate speed builds. Your videos seem so much more approachable and like I could keep up with them. I wish I knew how you could fix the pieces in the walls, but I have that problem too 😂 I dont know how to fix it either

Just found your channel, and maybe you figure out this in some later episodes that I haven't watched yet, but you can actually connect the power from the back and through the wall pieces so you avoid the staff path around the whole building. You can use a door "wall decor" where the mechanic will go through the wall.

@@guntersgaming Sure! even now I have one idea 😂 As far as I know some animals can live together in one habitat, maybe one of the next episodes can dedicated to one of those.

That's a great idea! Cohabitation is normal in some zoos. Let me do some research and try to find a compatible duo to work with.
