Amazing tutorial, I've used this method before and it works so well! I can't believe you spent 4.5 hrs making that irregularly-shaped aviary though, thank you for your service 🙏

Probably one of the best tutorials out there to make aviaries, you got my respect!!! thank you for this!

OMG, this must have been so time-consuming! I have to try this sometime. It looks amazing! 🤩 Thank you for this tutorial!

I will come back to this tutorial in five years, when I am at least remotely confident that I became good enough with building to do this without questioning all my life choices and then uninstall the game sobbing... That said, I appreciate your effort very much!

I don't know if I've got it in me.

Do you have any interest in making shorter videos/ not a live stream in keypark zoo?
@justGoron9 ай бұрын
When the zoo is done there will be tour videos. Maybe at some point some progress tours, but every stream starts with me showing the progress so people can watch that. For now the focus for videos is Beekse bergen :)

Goron you are too crazy, I thought about doing this but on the second hand, after seeing how many mesh pieces there are, my computer will not like it at some point.

Meh, too hard for me. I'll stick to the perfectly flat square shaped habitats. 😆

Definitely a great technique. I'd recommend simplifying the boundaries of the enclosures if you want them to be a little more realistic. IRL, those many roof panels would be so labor intensive. You're looking at a lot of expense for a really small enclosure. It really only takes 6 sides to make it not a box.
@justGoron9 ай бұрын
Well IRL they'd just throw a net over it and call it a day, it wouldn't be actual mesh :)
@otterlord59069 ай бұрын
@justGoron if we're talking metal netting or woven wire netting, they actually cut the panels from rectangular rolls into triangular shapes, and have to sew them to cables or bars to secure them. There's definitely some deflection allowed for slight bends, but this can be difficult to cut to.

@@otterlord5906 I'm talking netting netting. Nothing metal. The only reason the I use chainlink in game is because it's the only piece we can use?
@otterlord59069 ай бұрын
@justGoron I mean, it's the only one that can make this kind of enclosure well. The chain link looks a lot like woven wire mesh, which is what most zoo enclosures are made of. Twine netting wouldn't hold up for a barrier.
