Dear Mr Jarl, Today, I visited your zoo and was very much looking forward to seeing penguins. Now, while your animals are impressive, especially the lemurs. I was absolutely raging (the kind when you order a takeaway and the driver forgot your cola or 7up) that there were no penguins at all. Now I assume that you didn't mean to discriminate against penguins, so all will be forgiven when I visit next time and you do have penguins. I feel very passionate about this because, as a penguin, I can not play the game yet because of my flippers (I have no money this week 😢), and I'm living my zoo dreams through you. Well dear penguin if you have a look round our zoo you will find we currently do not have the appropriate habitat for penguins at the zoo but I have heard rumours from the New manager of the zoo that alot work will be going into upgrading the zoo to accommodate new and exotic animals so our team of zoo keepers are looking forward to your return
