Planet Zoo allows us to build a global franchise, and that's exactly what we're going to do in this Franchise Mode let's play. The Elite Zoo Company has completed it's foundational work at Elite Zoo: North, and it's now time for it to move onwards with the opening of Elite Zoo: South. The Elite Zoo Company will be a household name by the end of this playthrough. Either that or we'll have gone bankrupt, or be eaten alive by animals that have broken free - let's find out!

I grew up within half a mile from the zoo where I'm from. The peafowls were known to take walks around the area outside the zoo. We would see them come up to people's yard to say hello and then keep walking around until they got bored and walked back to the zoo.

One of the reasons I love the series is the video will come out during my lunch break. So I can enjoy my lunch while watching Planet Zoo. And I would like it if you could finish off with the Croc Rock first. It's the first enclosure and also the closest to the entrance, so it's the first impression matter (i think). And I also enjoy how you don't randomly put things on like the "do not feed" sign. But anyway, I can't wait for the beauty pass and also see what animal that you going to put next.

I wouldn't recommend making animals with neutral relationships with humans a walk-in enclosure. Based on EZN, the tortoises and flamingos, which did allow humans to enter, had a lot of stress and were neutral animals. The stress would be annoying to deal with and the animals would be better off with just viewing enclosures

I love watching the llamas use those stairs you made. In regards to the llamas not making a lot of money in donations, it's because their appeal isnt high. If you want high appealing animals that bring in a ton of donations, spotted hyenas. You only need 3 or 4 so they won't be too expensive but the money will just pour in! I know money isnt your main goal and you're excited for the south american section but considering how low your funds still are it might be nice to get an animal like the hyenas that you know will bring in a ton of guaranteed cash.

You should consider using the textureless path to give guests a walk down the stairs and around the little lake, through the llama habitat to rejoin the path on the far side. You don't have to always orient rocks as cladding. The rock you placed to keep the baby llama in didn't need to be rotated on its side, it could just fill the hole as a rock and look less artificial.

I think you should work on Croc Rock. I suggestion i have for the are is have some underwater plants close to the window. This would be cool because it would allow the guest to look at something other than nothing. The guest won't actually take anything away with this experience but in our head cannon they would. Another suggestion for C4oc Rock is to make a stone structure like you did at Wolf Rock so it could parallel it.

I'd like to see the croc area worked on next session. Decorations should boost guest happiness and it would make sense to make them as happy as possible when they first enter the zoo. Scattering the conservation boards along the paths might boost their education too. These get uploaded at lunchtime in my timezone, so thats perfect for me!

Finally caught up on the new zoo eps. Dont forget to hire security! And I think it would be cool to add some type of land or resting rock in the water for the crocs. It would allow the guests to see them for a longer period of time. And the crocs could rest or play on the land depending on how big or small. Considering the water mass is so huge!

The baby Llamas are so adorable. It may be a good idea to put a staff room close to the entrance for the vendors and making them their own work zone. The vendors have quite a long walk to a staff room which might be why they are empty quite often.

A very nice idea would be creating our own do not feed signs. You can for example use a sign, customise it as you like and then burry in the ground a do not feed sign underneath it. This will allows us to stop people from feeding without using the same signs all over the zoo and still maintain a level of realism edit: Maybe for getting hgher uality offspring you could put the low qualities like Cuzko on contraceptives

My guess on why the toilet block group doesn't perfectly line up with the path is that when you placed the first one initially you might've adjusted its angle slightly. Even if it's only a 10th of a degree off from the path it'd just get worse the further away from it you move in the group

I think in hard mode you're really gonna need at least one (better two) keepers per habitat and a keeper hut right outside the habitat gate. That way they don't have to travel as far to each habitat and one can be assigned to cleaning and the other to feeding. Hard mode throws all the problems at you so they need to be right there to deal with them.

Oooh it looks like your Exhibit name actually stuck for the snakes! Yay! I'm glad they either fixed that bug or your zoo isn't seeing the same glitch. I'm hoping for Giraffes right in the entrance to the Africa section! I love those. Thinking of this zoo's focus on accessibility; maybe the woman without headphones is hard of hearing or deaf so chose not to get the headset and is just enjoying the animals and signage. In my head canon there are great pamphlets/brochures from the info booths for such cases with all the same info they'd find in the audioguides. I look forward to seeing the wayfinding start at the beginning of this franchise! I want to kindly suggest again considering more than just colors for the wayfinding to help out folks who are colorblind. -excited to see how the wayfinding grows organically, it will help inform how to do the wayfinding in North if we decide to do that a little more -the AoE view for security has a drop-down box, it probably has separate views for cameras vs signs but it's on All right now -just a curious thought, can the llamas use the hard shelter under the path? -maybe it'll be nice to have just a store or two in the llamanade alcove, then another one or two shops further around the Lane, so the stores are dotted around instead of having one large food court -paying to train the keepers is probably the most worthy use of money, as well as getting the staff break room bonus set to either training speed or recovery speed -i love the bench quad, I hate the lack of fine placement on guess interactables -stone bench, so simple and awesome. Potentially there's a different stone bench that could be recolored to fit? Idk if there even is a stone bench tho -the sounds must be a small patch, that's awesome. -llamas are just a special kind of special omg. 10/10 ear wiggles -ooh that clean rock placement, expert maneuvering -accessible spaces having more bathrooms rather than less makes sense. Stalls need to be bigger to accommodate wheelchairs / assistance so you can fit less stalls in the same space. Maybe when we have the luxury of decorating the stores and shops, we make the bathrooms a larger shell so it looks like theyre bigger buildings? -"I am Prince Ollanta, and yes, you may kiss my hoof." -is there guest AI updates I missed? I Love the baby Llama's, they are soo cute!! ^-^ few things: You can change the color of the feeding balls for the llamas, if you dont like the color :P also name idea for the Pipshot water next to the crocs: Crocodile Tears :p For the expension.. I think it would be nice to put the ant eater+tapir+(maybe) monkey next to the Llama's so the guest will walk the Llama lane some more :D It might be better not to make it walk through because all of the three get stressed very quickly :< but they are cute to have! :P

I would love to see you create shade for your guests, it would help them and it would be different instead of just placing coolers everywhere. I love what you have done with the llama enclosure, if you make walk-through enclosures I would say that you need confident animals or you will have to deal with stressed out animals all the time. The Tapirs will become just as stressed as the anteaters.

I think Croc Rock should be beautified first as it's the first thing you see when entering the zoo. Also Baird tapir can't have anyone enter the habitat so maybe have a walk through for the monkeys and put the tapir and anteater together in one habitat. Just a suggestion.
