I remember the first time I built the Ragnarok on my planet (I thought it was some sort of cannon I could shoot other planets with) until I realized the hard way what it's actual purpose is. Suffice to say my commander did not survive that blast.

My strategy: 1. Get to the annihilaser 2. Power up the annihilaser 3. Get my commander to the annihilaser 3. Destroy every planet except the gas giant (can't be destroyed) 4. If not won, ragnarok the annihilaser and move your commander to the gas giant 5. Victory!

what if the enemy has moved his/her commander to the gas giant so she/he doesn't die from a Ragnarok or the annihilaser

you can send your commander to the planet you will kill with the annihilated (don't land / while he is still going there)and when the planet is destroyed i don't know what happens to your commander but he doesn't die.
