Welcome to another Planet Fitness video! Today, we have PF Trainer Corey in the PF 360 Area, where he’ll lead you through an amazing HIIT workout. This workout was designed for everyone, so don’t be intimidated to jump in and get moving. And as always, take it at your own pace - there’s no need to rush.
To warm up, you’ll be doing two rounds of huggers, torso twists, and arm extended squats. Then for the main circuit, Corey will have you doing exercises like plank shoulder taps, in & out squats, and bent-over rows. After that, you #DidIt! Corey will help you cool down and wrap up.
