Waterson was overpop the whole time and near the end Mattherson decided we needed to even the pops out and put in reserve players. The population counter wasn't even reliable because there were people sitting at the Esamir warpgate afk doing nothing, so who knows.

The comms were called to pull in all the reserves when Waterson had a 1% population advantage.

As far as I'm aware the only reserves that Waterson called in were called in to replace no-shows.

On the thought of alert awards. Say you win a alert then you could get a cammo point and specific cammos would cost a certain ammount of these points. There would be less alerets. But the more active in the alert you are the more of these points you get.

I've always thought small passive bonus on bases would be great like .5 seconds off reload timer for Mbt main cannon decreases shield recharge timer or extra rounds in Lmg things like that which will make a base a bit more valuable. And as for population balance on pts they could restrict the players on a continent with there Que system.

Alerts are being ditched entirely for the cont. locking alert creation , no more RNG alerts.

I was one of the folks that was playing "illegally" (but for TR). I had no idea this was a 250 vs 250 event, or that Waterson was TR and Matherson was VS. To me a "Server Smash" says everyone come play. After about ~30m of play time, I was looking through my chat logs and saw what, I guess, was the fun police messaged me to move another continent . But with a battle this hectic, I never saw it to much later, and thought it was your normal in game chat trolls. It really would be a good idea, as a minimum, have the fun police send you a pre-canned script of info saying what was going on.

I love that Vanu on Waterson has been constantly underpopulated for the past year. Last summer it was TR dominate and this spring the NC were dominate. All I can hope is with the merge the Vanu will actually be able to compete population wise with the others. Being 10 - 15% underpopped from the TR and NC constantly really sucks...

I've seen to many alerts won by the faction with low pop because the other 2 factions were to busy fighting each other.

I would like to see an enegy system: there are a few bases with enegygens and solarpanel per continent wich generate energy dor all the othe bases that the empire owns! Energy would be used for: ammotowers, maybe some terminals, phalanx turrets, shields in big bases, energy bridges, some spawnrooms, gravity lifts, teleporters etc... So these bases are all very very important for ur empire bcz u need them for several strategical items and stuff!!! 2. idea: new base capchuremechanic (my english...) To swap the controlconsole u need a key. The keys are locked behaind a room with shields. THE DEFENDING EMPIRE CAN'T GO THROUG THE SHIELD BUT THEY CAN DEACTIVATE THEM FROM A CONSOLE INSIDE THE SPAWNROOM. There is a shield gen so the attacers can destroy it and get the keys. There are !2! Capturepoints: one for the defender and 1 for the attacker. As long ur empire has the key ur console is "active" and the timer starts. It should work like a version of CTF:) A lil complicated bcz of my poor english so ask if u don't understand something:)

in my opinion it should be impossible to fire through shields at all. If u got camped too hard, just fall back to another base and regroup or start a counter attack.

I was hoping that you'd talk about the nonsense thats redeployside. This went from a little nuisance to frustrating enough for me to quit on Emerald. Everytime you try to take a base during an alert, a group twice your size is able to instantly respond with no penalty whatsoever. Its the worst with towers with A points located inside the tower. You can tick it down to under 2 minutes, but a huge zerg out of no where comes to defend. Base fights are bad at the moment. Most of the time its Team A coming onto the point with Team B not able to resist enough to slow them down, only for Team B to come with massive forces towards the end. It feels more like king of the hill than actually capturing territory.
