Some of the camera work in this really created a visceral sense of action and movement - fantastic work! :D

highly impressive camera work dude! BUT there is this thing called pace/tempo as well as tone and ramp-up/build-up speed. See you pretty much open the video with everything going on large scale with massive action.. from that point there is nowhere to go afterwards.. probably should have started small, and build up till the culmination. something like that..maybe bit quieter in-game sound. Also some good color balancing FX whould have improved video portion.

The ending is significantly larger and louder than the beginning and there are plenty of other youtubers who make quiet videos. That's probably what you're used to. I also don't color correct my PS2 videos because what you see is what you get in game.

no color correction doe to principle.. good i like that! as for pacing : you know that epic montages should have some sort of "story" ark..otherwise it's just bunch of pritty clips put thogether with some decent music. (yet to have story ark you cant start out guns blazing to the max)

The story is war. I wasn't going to follow around a lone MAX for the first 30 seconds of the video while waiting for the build up. All of my past videos have had action right out of the gate. It's just the way I do things.

I caught a significant tonal change from the start to the finish, for me the video amped up really nicely. Nothing wrong with hi-octane in a three-minute video. Like you started balls-out, and ended fully balls-to-the-wall. It's personal preference but I didn't see any problem with pacing. This is brilliantly done, especially a few bits like the Reaver tracking shot. The Prowlers on the hill around 2:20 actually gave me chills, with the music and the camera-work and the buildup. Nice work dude.

The camera work from 2.23 - 2.32 if fucking amazing, excelent job on showing off the game's potential. Edit: How did you make those camera moves? Edit 2: Also, the camera that followed the raven trying to kill a mosquito would have been much prettier if it actually killed it, or someone killed that raven. Edit 3: A little clip where some squad/proximity/platoon voice chat is happening would have been great too as a direct improvement. PD: sorry for the number of edits.
