Vielen Dank, ein schönes Video 👍🏻. Die ganze Reise ist sehr schön dokumentiert, auch wenn der Inhalt teilweise traurig ist. Hoffentlich geht es bald wieder aufwärts! Schade, wenn dies der letzte TXL-Flug sein wird, immerhin äußerst sich das Wetter dem Anlass entsprechend. Lebe wohl TXL!

Herzlichen Dank für's anschauen und auch den Kommentar. Klar, es ist im Endeffekt ein trauriges Video und den Flug habe ich kurzfristig gebucht nicht nur aber auch wegen der aktuellen Lage. Wenn es der letzte Report von TXL sein wird, dann wird er mir umso mehr in Erinnerung bleiben. Lufthansa in Terminal C sagt einiges darüber aus, wie die Lage ist und das Terminal A bereits gesperrt war.

@@PlaneWorldBerlin Ende März, eine Woche nachdem der Lockdown losging, bin ich auch mit Lufthansa in Tegel losgeflogen, auch von Terminal C. Das war schon irgendwie bedrückend. Am ganzen Abend gingen nur 2 Flüge in TXL ab. So surreal. Der Flug hatte logischerweise auch eine ganz komische, bedrückende Atmosphäre. Dann im Mai hatte ich Angst, dass dieser Flug im März mein letzter Flug am TXL sein würde. Glücklicherweise kamen im Spätsommer aber noch 2 Flüge dazu, da bin ich sehr dankbar drüber. Jetzt ist nun aber wirklich Schluss mit TXL. Schon schade :( Mal schauen, wie lange es dauert, bis auch der BER im Herzen der Berliner landet. Jahre werden bestimmt vergehen. Aber ich bin mir sicher, dass auch dort sich schöne Momente und Erinnerungen ansammeln.

04:23 Hier passen 2,5 Flugtage auf ein Blatt DIN A4, unwirklich. Konturen von Terminal 3 sehr schön zu sehen: 21:50. Ansonsten ein Report, den wir uns in der Zukunft nochmal anschauen sollten, falls wir in die Verlegenheit kommen sollten, übermütig zu werden...

Es ist traurig einen so kleinen Flugplan in Tegel zu sehen... Es wird vielleicht mein letzter ab Tegel sein, insofern wird dieser Flug ewig in Erinnerung bleiben, aber die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt.

"easyjet" is my most favourite airline here in Europe and within Germany. Simply I love the brandnew orange striped fuselage. HOPEFULLY by the end of September, EZY or EJU again will operate the domestic DUS - TXL - DUS service. Thank Good, now TXL didn,t close at the 15th of June. This is good. Because by public-bus, TXL is very close to the city of Berlin. Allready last year for only 35 bucks return I,ve booked a flight. Will stay overnight in Berlin in the "Mercure" Hotel at Berlin-Alexanderplatz (ALEX). Near the biiig TV-Tower too. Hopefully the weather will be also nice to can enjoy a water-boat trip into the "Spreewald" and the German Gouvernment-District too. Allready two years ago I visited the "Reichstagsgebäude" and the "Kuppel". A very exciting visit.

Regarding the "older" available Lufthansa-Magazine onboard your return flight. Surely I think because of the still circulating "Corona-Pandemie", simply LH hasn,t printed this magazine so often, like usually awaited as a passenger.

Yet another brilliant presentation. I have been a frequent traveler in & out of TXL since 18 September 2013. My last flight was on the 23 Dezember 2019. Thank you so much for your nice words. I wish this trip report will not be my last ever from Tegel, but at least I had another chance to travel from my home base with Lufthansa. Natürlich wird es notwendig sein weiter in der Zukunft zu fliegen, aber dann nicht mehr mit dem TXL Gefühl, es gibt dann keinen echten Berliner Flughafen mehr.

Das Magazin ist zwei Monate alt, da Lufthansa aktuell die Produkion und Vermarktung im Netz sowie Veröffentlichung an Bord eingestellt hat aufgrund der Corona-Krise.

Very interesting! I think it's the first after-Covid TR I see and now I have a clear insight how we can expect to fly in the following months. So what about the Berlin airport system? Thank you very much for watching this recent and brand new trip report. Exactly, that's their plan, close TXL, do all flights via SXF old and then open directly BER. Sad for Tegel, no real farewell moment.

Exactly sad for man airports and airlines, but specially for TXL because after the crises it could be probably not there anymore :-(

What is the situation now? Was Tegel temporarily closed or did it stay open? I am due to fly there from the UK next week and I understand that Terminal A is in use, but is it the only terminal in use? I am still slightly puzzled that Lufthansa do not fly directly between Berlin and London.

Tegel wasn't temporarily closed, still open and operates more flights every month again, so you can be sure to get there and arrive in TXL.
