I don't believe Khan is totally responsible, he isn't some mastermind, just average and I'm guessing that is his problem as an mastermind, even a Lex Luther, would have done a better job. There are certain gateway guards that control the character of each cities so we have to ask; 1) who was it that overpaid the managers with 6 figure salaries? 2) who was it who gave council houses exclusively to named minority groups? By that I mean a migrant Somalian migrant were given council houses in one borough whilst black brown and white Londoner born in London was pushed out? This was deliberate colonialism of London no different to European areas being made in China and India. 3) Pride and other woke events, the fireworks although blatantly propagandist are majority paid for by the ticket buyers, but rainbow zebra crossings, flags of all types are wasted tax payer funds.
