Glad to see a return to intense burnouts like these that are longer in duration. There has been a move towards shorter workouts over the years, but I hope that one day you create a few more impossible routines like some of those from the original Insanity or the Asylum. Vertical Plyo from Asylum Volume 1 is ridiculously hard, and makes many other programs out there feel like cake. Nobody does it like you, Shaun. You are an inspiration to all, so keep up the great work!

Shawn, I have my crazy roommate from sophomore year of college to thank for introducing me to Insanity. However, I have you to thank for pushing me through that program nearly twice. I've been out of the game for awhile, as a result of some setbacks from my life and how I negatively reacted to them. But I'm happy to say I'm back in it; I have one week of T-25 left before going into beta, and my family has already noticed a difference in my weight. This was the perfect challenge to today's stretch! Keep leading; I'll keep digging.

Have you ever tried to do a routine with the excercise from calistenics "Muscle ups" For example 5 series of: 1 excercise: 10 Pull ups. 2 excercise : 5 Muscles ups. 3 excercise: 40 Squats. 1 minute test between excercise. Sorry for my english 😊

I'm on month 2 week 5 of your insanity workout. I surprised myself a lot because I didn't think I was able to do one of the toughest workouts in week 5 but guess what I nailed that workout. Week 6 coming up starting tomorrow. I'm resting tomorrow. So tomorrow's workout I'll do on Sunday. Love your insanity workouts. I needed a tough workout because I really wanna lose the weight and I wanna get stronger. I mean I'm stronger than when I first started.

Saw this on my feed and did this with the kids as a plus sized woman...totally modified as necessary and took breaks but my arms still felt weak...trembling and everything! I didn't do the full 8 rounds with the breaks but pushed thru to the end...Shaun T? 😒 You drive me crazy but I 😍🤪 when I'm done!

Just did this again and I didn't take any breaks this time. I think I'm getting stronger in my arms 💪 plus I've done your insanity workout program and I did insanity max 30 and now I'm on week 2 of transform 20. I also completed let's get up. I think my next program of yours I'll do is either T25, insanity the asylum volume 1, or I'll do Shaun week. I haven't decided yet or I'll do a workout in dig deeper nation that I'm in. I saved a couple of those calendars
